Throughout his several years of practice in intensive complex litigation, Mr. Yeroushalmi has been instrumental in achieving significant victories on behalf of the public throughout the state of California, including securing the implementation of hundreds of changes in harmful business practices that on a daily basis protect Californians from and inform them about the dangers of carcinogens and reproductive toxins.

Aside from his successes in the environmental and class action arenas, Mr. Yeroushalmi also represents individuals and businesses in real estate litigation, including landlord/tenant disputes and breaches of fiduciary duties; commercial litigation, including business torts and contractual disputes; Nursing Home litigation, including vindicating victims of nursing home neglect and elder abuse; partnership dissolutions; products liability claims; personal injury; and employment litigation, including advising employers of applicable labor code requirements and representing employees in wage and hour and wrongful termination actions. In a recent Whistle-blower action, Mr. Yeroushalmi helped secure a handsome settlement for an ex-employee of an international corporation who was terminated for reporting violations of US laws to the Federal Government.

Mr. Yeroushalmi has also gained valuable trial experience, and passionately prepares each case for trial from its inception, utilizing the experiences and resources available to him to obtain the maximum results for each and every one of his clients.
